I recently spent nine days at the Gran Via Apartment during a business trip and had quite an experience, to say the least. While the apartment is snug—ideal for just two adults—it’s equipped with all the essentials: a well-stocked kitchen including a Nespresso machine, which was a lifesaver to kickstart my mornings. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, keeping the compact space comfortable, especially with the summer heat outside. We encountered major challenges with the locking system on the main door; Twice I was locked out! While the communication over the phone was promising, the manager's assistance could have been more hands-on. Thankfully, a fellow tenant stepped in with invaluable advice on resetting the lock. The location is a major perk—just down the street from Gran Via Metro Station and with a massive supermarket three minutes away. The common areas were a letdown with cleanliness, which detracted from the overall vibe of the building. I appreciated the modern amenities, but they need to step up their overall management.
